Location: Near Varanasi
The sun had just risen and I noticed this guy walking along the tracks. Unlike most of the people who live besides the railway lines, he had a purpose in his walk, which made me think that he was leaving for work. Yet, caught under the morning sun, there was a certain loneliness to the scene – hence the title: the lonely worker.
